New Business Development Specialist

We are looking for a persuasive communicator to join our team. The ideal candidate for New Business Development will join a growing team focused on selling FG’s technology products to the promotional product industry.

Facilisgroup is a leading technology provider in the Promotional Products (promo) industry. We build software-as-a-service solutions that help promo distributors become more efficient and grow their sales. Over $1 billion in sales is processed through Facilisgroup’s technologies every year. 

We are looking for a persuasive communicator to join our team. The ideal candidate for New Business Development will join a growing team focused on selling FG’s technology products to the promotional product industry. This candidate should be self-motivated, work well with new ideas, can adapt to a changing environment, and be extremely goal oriented. 

This position will report to the SVP of Sales and Marketing. 

Facilisgroup is a fast-moving, fast growing, innovative SaaS company located in Brentwood, Missouri.

Responsibilites:

  • Uncover and connect with ideal prospects for our products 

  • Collaborate with a team of peers to hit goals. 
  • Sell in a multi-phase sales cycle from introduction until closure. 
  • Can travel 

Required Skills:

  • Have an inquisitive nature and desire for continued self-improvement, ask questions, and know when to challenge the status quo.
  • Have a high degree of autonomy and drive, with a customer-first mentality, solving problems and delivering solutions that make a difference.

Education & Experience:

  • An outgoing and extremely inquisitive mindset
  • Ability to self-assess. 
  • Proactive around achieving personal and professional goals. 
  • Success in selling to companies with a variety of business needs. 
  • A history of hitting or exceeding sales goals. 
  • Ability to persuade and engage with people with whom they have never met. 
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Biz Dev or Sales preferred. 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Sales & Marketing, or Communication preferred.
