Senior Incentives Specialist

The responsibility of the Incentives & Supplier Success Manager is to be the main point of contact for Facilisgroup’s Partner Incentive Program. This role will build and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external customers & suppliers.

Facilisgroup is a fast-moving, innovative SaaS technology company in St. Louis, MO building solutions for the Promotional Products industry. We are seeking a highly efficient, process-oriented individual to join our team and fill a newly formed role within the Operations department. 

The responsibility of the Incentives & Supplier Success Manager is to be the main point of contact for Facilisgroup’s Partner Incentive Program. This role will build and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external customers & suppliers. 

Additionally, this position will work along-side the Marketing team to ensure our North America partner incentive program is communicated appropriately and continuously to our partners. 

The daily/weekly responsibilities for this position will generally focus 70% on managing the partner incentive program, 20% on reporting and incentive anlysis,

Responsibilites:

  •  Work with internal teams to develop yearly partner incentives that will drive Preferred Supplier growth 
  • Will lead the implementation and execution of all incentives throughout the year 
  • Works closely with Marketing to ensure all incentives are communicated effectively to our Partners and internal teams 
  • Manages the core+ and Preferred debit card platforms 
  • Key stakeholder and main contributor to the future and ongoing development of the core+ platform 
  • Works with Finance to coordinate the payout of all incentives 
  • Handles all reporting needed prior to, during and post each incentive 
  • Tracks and reports back to management on the success and ROI of each incentive 
  • Responds to all internal and external inquiries about past, present and future incentives 
  • Work with the Supplier Relations team to find new way to increase our Preferred Supplier presence with our Partners 
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers & supplier partners 
  • Assist with additional tasks to support the Supplier Relations team as needed 

Education & Experience:

  •  Bachelor’s degree 
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience working in Marketing preferably with Incentive Programs 
  • Strong attention to detail 
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast pace environment 
  • Capability of building and maintaining highly effective relationships with contracted business partners & suppliers. 
  • Strong analytical skills 
  • Highly organized – continually identify and implement better efficiencies into the process. 
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office, Excel, & PowerPoint.
