Facilisgroup’s Latest Integration Automates Promotional Product Operations Across Sales Channels  

SAINT LOUIS, MISSOURI March 23, 2023: Facilisgroup, a leading software-as-a-service company and partnering community within the promotional products industry, has announced an integration between its flagship sales and operations suite, Syncore, and its new online store platform, Commercio. The integration between the two systems allows distributors to efficiently process online and offline orders in one place.  

Online orders from Commercio Company Stores now flow into Syncore’s order processing system automatically in real time. Previously, distributors had to manually re-key data from online stores into their order processing system, which was error-prone and extremely slow. 

CEO of DLA Promotions and Facilisgroup client, Barrett Hubbard, described the process they used before the integration. “Our team was having to manually grab orders from a company store, turn around and enter them into a spreadsheet, process them and almost turn them into a mini dropship order. But now we don’t have to do that. Those are the types of things that are very, very challenging to an organization when trying to scale.” 

Amy Rabideau, VP of Product at Facilisgroup, is excited the integration is helping promotional product distributors, like DLA Promotions, eliminate challenges with manual operations so they can focus on growing their business.
