Interactive Proposals & Quote Requests
In the Proposal process, clients can request a quote with all the detailed information needed without sales intervention. They can select products, colors, sizes, and quantities right in the live Proposal, making it a key tool to keep the sales process moving and giving clients the self-service option they want.

Track & Analyze Job Trends
With new Job Tags and a robust Job Tracker Report, leadership can group and analyze Jobs easily to make informed go-to-market decisions and identify bottlenecks in their processes.

Fast, Accurate Orders with More ePO Tools
Syncore continued to expand its ePO capabilities in 2025, giving Partner teams the ability to reduce manual data entry through pre-populated dropdowns and more standardized workflows.
Fall ePO updates introduced pre-populated decorator lists, allowing customer service teams to ensure address accuracy and eliminate freight charge errors for PSST orders with suppliers like SanMar. Orders moved faster, with fewer delays and significantly fewer data errors.

Pass Along Credit Card Fees & Reduce AR Friction
Finance teams’ lives got a lot easier this year with new tools to pass on Credit Card Convenience Fees, use AR Follow-Ups to prioritize outreach, and send Customizable AR Statements directly from Syncore to personalize instructions and drive quicker payment.
Engaging Partners as an Ecosystem
Facilisgroup does not engage Partners through a single channel or team. We engage them as an ecosystem.
In 2025, Partners interacted with Facilisgroup across Partner Success, Support, Marketing, in-person and virtual events, and Amplifi professional development. That combination created a unique broad reach across the community and deeper, more meaningful connections at every point of engagement.

Another key pillar of this ecosystem is the Partner Advisory Committee (PAC), a nine-member group of distributor Partners working alongside Facilisgroup leaders. The PAC provides a structured, two-way channel for feedback and collaboration, offering diverse perspectives that help shape our technology roadmap, inform event strategy and content, and strengthen alignment across the organization.
The result was 100 percent Partner engagement and 100 percent individual reach.
Simply put, every Partner was touched. Every voice mattered. And the ecosystem worked the way it was designed to.
Education and Enablement That Scaled With the Community
Education remained a cornerstone of Partner engagement in 2025. The Community Circle webinar series brings education and inspiration to the Facilisgroup community from a wide range of voices, including internal Facilisgroup experts, Distributor Partners, Preferred Suppliers, and special guest speakers. Sessions covered technology enhancements, business insights, new product features, and practical strategies Partners could apply immediately.

At the Winter Summit in January 2025, Amplifi became available to Partners at no additional cost. The response was immediate and sustained. Throughout the year, more than 420 sales representatives participated in Amplifi programs, expanding their industry knowledge and sharpening their sales skills.
Amplifi played a key role in developing sales talent across the community, helping Partners invest in their people and elevate performance across their teams.

Partner Programs That Recognize Performance

The Achievers Club recognizes top-performing individuals and sales teams across the Facilisgroup Partner community who eclipse $1 million in annual sales. Together, Achievers represent the largest collective group of million-dollar sellers in the promotional products industry.
In 2025, more than 350 Achievers were recognized, representing nearly 40 percent growth over the past five years.
That growth reflects not only individual success, but the collective strength of Partners who continue to raise the bar year after year.

Platinum Elite is Facilisgroup’s most exclusive Partner recognition, honoring sales professionals who surpass $1 million in Preferred Purchases. This milestone reflects both exceptional performance and a deep commitment to the Facilisgroup Preferred Supplier network.
Each year, qualifying Partners earn an invitation to a luxury, all-inclusive tropical vacation designed to celebrate achievement, foster peer connections, and reward sustained excellence.
In 2025, 61 individuals qualified for Platinum Elite, marking 22 percent growth over the prior year.
It was a clear signal of performance and commitment at the highest level of the community.
