Facilisgroup Brings the Heat to New Orleans at 2025 Summit

St. Louis, MO – July 22, 2025 — Facilisgroup, a leading software-as-a-service company and partnering community within the promotional products industry, hosted its annual Facilisgroup Summit at the Hyatt Regency hotel in New Orleans from July 13–16, 2025. Approximately 500 Distributor Partners, Preferred Suppliers, and team members gathered in the Big Easy for four packed days of education, innovation, and celebration.

From a second-line marching band kick-off to a Mardi Gras World bash that brought the house down, this year’s event blended high-energy experiences with meaningful connections, forward-focused education, and major tech updates.

“The theme of this year’s Summit was Everything in Sync, and it truly was,” said Chris Lee, President of Facilisgroup. “Our unique offering brings together the very best in industry technology, experience, and community spirit. New Orleans delivered as a location, and our Partners and Suppliers brought the magic.”

A Community in Sync

The Summit opened with a surprise second-line parade through the general session ballroom followed by a business update from Chris Lee and Chief Product Officer, Matthew Cromar. The duo recapped key moments from early 2025, and previewed what’s next for Syncore, Facilisgroup’s 360° Promo Platform.

Highlights spanned the full 360° order lifecycle from sales, service, finance, and management including:

  • Summer Release innovations that allow distributors to easily pass credit card convenience fees to clients to offset costs, sync emails from Outlook to Syncore for cross-team visibility, and built-in AR follow-ups & tracking to reduce overdue accounts, among others.
  • A look at roadmap vision, including Program Order innovations, continued AR/AP advancements built into Syncore, advanced data analytics offerings, and AI-powered proposals.
  • Exciting previews of new integrations with QuickBooks and HubSpot, as well as major developments around electronic purchase orders (ePO) with key Preferred Suppliers.

Chris Lee and Frank Myers, CEO of S&S Activewear, sat down for a candid conversation that explored S&S’s recent acquisition of alphabroder, broader industry advancements, and personal insights into Frank’s leadership journey. And ASI President & CEO Tim Andrews delivered a forward-thinking keynote on the trajectory of the industry heading into 2025 and beyond.

Peer-Led Learning, Sized for Impact

Back by popular demand, Sized Solutions sessions gave owners and key managers a chance to collaborate with peers in similarly sized businesses. Other standout education topics included AI tools for productivity, generational selling strategies, and strategic growth through integration. “The conversations, the energy, and the insights were outstanding,” said John Bottone, VP of Sales and Marketing at Knock-Out Specialties. “It’s more than a conference; it’s a reset button for how I approach my business.”

Preferred Suppliers took the stage as well, with sessions led by SanMar, Pop! Promos, and others. “It truly exceeded my already high expectations,” said Greg Burpee, Director of Inside Sales at Pop! Promos. “Every aspect was thoughtfully planned, and the community came ready to engage.”

Celebrating Community & Giving Back

The Supplier Showcase brought together over 70 Preferred Suppliers and Premier Perks partners under one roof, creating an interactive and high-energy experience on the show floor. From hands-on product demos to creative displays, our supplier community showed up in a big way. A standout moment for members of the Facilisgroup Achievers Club (sales reps who exceeded $1 million in sales) was the custom sneaker design experience from Sock 101, giving them the chance to create personalized kicks to commemorate their success.

And because community is more than just a theme, it’s a responsibility, attendees took time to support Facilis Cares, the initiative dedicated to leaving every host city just a little better than we found it. This year, that meant assembling 100 care packages for Dress for Success New Orleans, an organization that empowers women to achieve economic independence by providing professional attire and support. Each kit was filled with essentials like crossbody bags, notebooks, pens, chargers, and handwritten notes of encouragement.

Another standout moment came during the emPOWER session—Facilisgroup’s women-focused initiative designed to inspire bold, authentic leadership. Over breakfast and real talk, attendees gathered to hear Tracey Lovejoy, Catalyst Coach and co-founder of Catalyst Constellations, challenge them to embrace their unique journey, define success on their own terms, and lead with confidence—no matter their title. Built by women, for women, emPOWER continues to spark connection, growth, and change across the Facilisgroup community.

Big Easy Bash & Big Energy

The event wrapped up with a full-blown New Orleans celebration at Mardi Gras World, complete with jesters, stilt walkers, and cover band legends The Phunky Monkeys. Said Brian Porter, CRO of Starline, “I don’t think I’ve seen an event recently with an energy level so high. Facilisgroup always does things first class.”

What’s Next?

Facilisgroup will return to the stage this January during the PPAI Expo in Las Vegas, with the Winter Summit and TASA Awards already in the works. Until then, Partners can revisit their favorite Summit moments and keep “everything in sync” as they head into the second half of 2025.
