Facilisgroup Celebrates December Graduation of Electrifi Sales Development Program
St. Louis, MO – January 7, 2026 — Facilisgroup, the leading software-as-a-service provider and partner community in the promotional products industry, announced the successful December graduation of its most recent Electrifi class, a comprehensive onboarding and sales development program designed to accelerate success for new promotional products sales representatives.
Running from August 19 through December 12, 2025, the Electrifi program brought together 26 early-career sales reps from distributor partners across the industry. In just 84 program days, participants generated more than $3 million in new sales, with 95% of the class doubling their year-to-date sales performance during the course.
Electrifi blends foundational sales education, Syncore system mastery, and real-world industry immersion to equip new reps with the confidence, structure, and skills required to build sustainable careers in the promotional products space.

Graduates across the class credit Electrifi’s practical, hands-on approach with accelerating both confidence and performance.

As a capstone to the program, participants took part in a two-day immersive, in-person experience hosted by Snugz USA in Salt Lake City, Utah. Led by Facilisgroup and supported by Snugz President and CEO Brandon Mackay, along with key members of the Snugz leadership team: Brittany David, Chief Revenue Officer; Kathy DiFrancesco, Vice President of Sales; and Nichole McLoone, National Sales Manager, the experience offered a behind-the-scenes look at large-scale manufacturing operations and firsthand insight into how promotional products are produced.
The visit included a factory tour, hands-on product education, live coursework, and sessions focused on sales strategy and relationship building. Participants also explored the Snugz sample room and concluded the experience with a collaborative culinary competition that blended teamwork, creativity, and friendly competition.
