Facilisgroup Promotes Samantha Ross and Kevin Schnepp to Vice President Positions    

Facilisgroup, the leading software-as-a-service provider and partner community in the promotional products industry, has announced the promotions of Kevin Schnepp and Samantha Ross to Vice President of Partner Success and Vice President of Partner Experience, respectively. These new appointments will help further support the needs of Facilisgroup’s Distributor Partners.  

Samantha Ross began her career at Facilisgroup in 2015 as the Events and Incentives Coordinator. Her tenure at Facilisgroup has seen her tackle numerous additional roles, including brand marketing, supplier relations, and Partner Success.   

In her new role, Ross will lead initiatives that shape Facilisgroup’s Distributor Partners’ end‑to‑end journey, enabling a more consistent, proactive, and scalable experience. Ross’s focus will be on strengthening processes across the organization to reduce friction, improve responsiveness, and provide clearer guidance as Distributor Partners grow.

Kevin Schnepp joined Facilisgroup in 2021, working in a Partner Success role focused on supporting Facilisgroup’s Distributor Partners’ growth and engagement. Since joining, Schnepp has served in several leadership positions, helping integrate operational and technology support into the broader Partner Success experience.  

In his new role, Schnepp will help build, strengthen, and elevate Facilisgroup’s Partner Success Team while delivering consistent, relationship‑driven experiences for Partners. Schnepp’s main focus will be on developing aligned, well‑supported teams that show up consistently, listen closely, and deliver meaningful value throughout the Partner journey.
