Create Customized Emails
The Acknowledgement, Shipping and General emails can be customized, this was released in December 2021. This year we’ve added tags for Contact First Name and Contact Last Name so you can further customize emails to say Hi Jessica instead of Hi Jessica Lavoy. Be sure to click “save”.
Jobs with Issues is now on the Dashboard 
Use the blue tile on the homepage to quickly access jobs with issues. This tile will show you jobs with issues of Hold, Problem, Back Order, and Post Delivery.  
Acknowledgement Only, Do Not Pay
In the emails for Acknowledgement, Shipping and General Update, the SO PDF shows a watermark of “Acknowledgement only, do not pay.”
