1. Customizable AR Statements: Drive Faster Payment 

Finance teams can send customizable AR statements directly from Syncore with built-in tax and payment details. This eliminates the need to reconcile data between multiple systems, reduces manual checks, and helps highlight overdue amounts for quicker payment. It also creates a more professional, consistent client experience to reduce back-office and sales friction. “We used to fall behind in AR, but Syncore makes it so easy to send those past-due statements,” said Distributor Partner John Byron, President at Prosperity Promotions. “We brought down past dues by $250K in a year.” 

As a GM at one of our other Distributor Partners shared, in their previous order management platform, customer statements had to be sent out of QuickBooks, and they often didn’t match the tax in their order management system, so they had to check every single statement against their other systems before sending.  

“Having everything housed in Syncore – including taxes and customer statements – is fantastic. Syncore is going to significantly reduce the amount of extra auxiliary systems that we’re having to use to track things. I’m really excited about that time savings,” she said. 

2. Decoration Cost Manager: Fast, Accurate Proposal Pricing

Manual data entry, especially for complex orders – like those with Pack Separately, Ship Together (PSST) instructions – can lead to costly mistakes. Syncore continues to add ePO tools that give your team the ability to select from pre-populated dropdowns to reduce manual data entry – improving order speed and accuracy.  

This fall’s ePO updates let customer service teams select from pre-populated decorator lists, ensuring address accuracy and eliminating freight charge errors for PSST orders for suppliers like SanMar. Orders are processed faster with fewer delays and data errors.  

4. Syncore + Outlook Integration: Seamless Client Communication 

Syncore Connect makes it easy for distributors to connect prebuilt & fully integrated solutions (not just DIY zaps) to the technology they already use. 

The new Outlook integration, included with your Syncore subscription, lets users log client emails into Syncore with a single click, keeping records clean and accessible in both systems.  

Client information, like follow-up tasks, urgent reminders, and communication logs, is visible right in Outlook, so you don’t have to open Syncore while emailing clients. 

Additionally, users are prompted to create new prospects if a contact isn’t recognized. This integration streamlines communication and ensures no opportunity slips through the cracks.  

5. Marketing Vault: Ready-to-Use Outreach Assets 

No more waiting for designers or relying on DIY graphics—Syncore’s Marketing Vault provides a full library of pre-made email and social media assets that are easy to browse.
