The Challenge: slow order processing & lack of visibility across the company limits ability to scale

On their legacy system (Lakeshore), Prosperity Promotions struggled with 
manual processes and limited visibility. Sales had difficulty seeing order margins and frequently reached out to service reps for status updates. “Salespeople used to have 25–30 questions for CSRs asking for tracking info and other updates on each order,” said John Byron, President. Service teams were overwhelmed by managing internal communication on orders along with manual data entry, slowing down order processing. Production and warehouse teams relied on color-coded paper slips for order information. Finance had little visibility into AR which delayed invoicing and collections. “Following up on AR was impossible… we just didn’t have the systems to tell us who hadn’t paid,” said Pamela Bickett, Co-Owner & CFO. Team communication was fragmented, and remote work wasn’t feasible – an unsustainable model post-COVID.

The finance team leveraged Syncore’s built-in tools to identify unpaid invoices and automate collections, allowing them to recover $250K in outstanding invoices in one year.
