Michele Dando 

VP of Supplier Relations

With over 20 years of experience in the apparel and supply chain industry, Michele Dando is an experienced professional with a talent for developing long-term partnerships within the promotional products industry. Before Facilisgroup, Dando served as VP of Sourcing, Technical Design, and Quality at Soft Surroundings. 

Dando holds a Bachelor of Science in Textile & Apparel Manufacturing from the University of Missouri-Columbia and a Master of Supply Chain Management from Michigan State University. She also sits on the Textile & Apparel Management (TAM) Board at the University of Missouri-Columbia. 

When she’s not at work, you can find her spending time with her husband, Chris, and her daughters. She enjoys running, tennis, and most recently pickleball!
