Facilisgroup Announces Becki Heinen’s Return as Director of Strategic Partner Development
Facilisgroup, a leading software-as-a-service company, and partnering community within the promotional products industry, is pleased to announce the return of Becki Heinen as Director of Strategic Partner Development. Heinen began her career in the promotional products industry with Facilisgroup in 2017, where she worked closely with leading distributors, helping them drive business growth by leveraging Facilisgroup’s technology and strategic partnerships with Preferred Suppliers.
In her new role, Heinen will join the Partner Success Team, led by Dave Rehg, Senior Vice President of Partner Success. Rehg expressed his excitement for Heinen’s return, saying, “We couldn’t be happier to have Becki rejoin the Facilisgroup family. Her experience and deep understanding of both our technology and the needs of our Distributor Partners make her a perfect fit for this new role. Since her initial tenure at Facilisgroup, Heinen has led the Client Experience Team at DCX, where she successfully implemented scalable processes and value-driven initiatives during a period of high growth. The newly created role of Director of Strategic Partner Development will position Heinen as a key resource for both the Partner Success Team and select strategic partner accounts, focusing on business health, advocacy, and value enhancement.
