This two-day training will be held in our St. Louis headquarters and will consist of an intimate classroom environment with a Facilisgroup certified trainer. Attendees will be guided through comprehensive sales training within the Syncore system.
Topics covered include:
• Facilisgroup workflow overview & best practices
• How to navigate and properly utilize the system
• Create and manage contacts
• Utilize sales tools (Opportunities, proposals, quotes)
• Write accurate orders
• CRM to maximize client engagement
• Systematic approach to maximize selling time
• Maintain and grow your book of business with NBD
• The Signature Collection to enhance the personal shopping experience and utilize marketing tools
This training begins at 8:00a the first day and concludes at 2:00p on the second day. You will be responsible for arranging travel accommodations including hotel. Hotel information will be provided well in advance of the training. Please plan travel accordingly.
