Client Success Manager

Facilisgroup is a leading technology provider in the Advertising and Marketing industry headquartered in Brentwood, MO. We build software-as-a-service solutions that help the promotional products industry participants become more efficient and grow their sales. Over $1 billion of sales are processed through Facilisgroup technology products each year.

We are seeking a Client Success Manager for our CRM and order management product.

This individual will have a full-time position working with the Account Management Team managing sales, sales strategy and service processes for the product which would include coordinating marketing efforts and participating in industry events requiring occasional travel.

Reporting to the SVP of Operations, this individual will also manage a small group of sales and support team members.

Responsibilites:

  • Grow sales and relationship management through communicating effectively with clients and key stakeholders with Facilisgroup
  • Proactively identify opportunities and risks with clients and create actionable plans to capitalize on growth and mitigate risk
  • Be responsible for the onboarding, support and retention of clients
  • Drive revenue goals within the market with collaboration of the Marketing and Product teams
  • Introduce, demonstrate, and sell new products and services within the market with collaboration of the Marketing and Product teams

  • Have a high degree of autonomy and drive, with a client-first mentality, solving problems and delivering solutions that make a difference
  • Comfortable interacting with all levels of the organization
  • Practice excellent time and project management skills
  • Team building and process management expertise
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree and 1- 2 Yrs. Account Management Experience or Equivalent Industry Experience and 2+ Yrs. in a similar role
  • Successfully demonstrated success meeting sales targets and exceeding set quotas
  • CRM and pipeline management experience
  • Strong understanding of the product development process
  • Promotional Products industry experience
  • Selling B2B technology products and services or comparable experience
