Facilisgroup Announces Integration with S&S’s FAST PLATFORM® to Bring Print-on-Demand Capabilities to Syncore

Facilisgroup, the leading promotional product software provider, announced a new integration between Syncore, its 360° Promo Platform, and FAST PLATFORM®, a technology platform that connects distributors to a nationwide network of print-on-demand production partners. Announced live at Facilisgroup’s recent Supplier Showcase event in Chicago, the integration will give distributors a reliable way to fulfill low-minimum and single-unit orders fast without adding operational overhead.

A Print-on-Demand Solution — Delivered FASTer

With clients’ rising expectations around personalization and convenience, distributors are increasingly asked to fulfill smaller, faster orders — without minimums, without inventory risk, and without slowing down the sales process. Through this integration, distributors will be able to select from an expansive product selection and route eligible orders directly to FAST’s nationwide network of trusted decorator partners. This will give clients retail-like speed while distributors will avoid the complexity of managing overflow production.

Facilisgroup and FAST PLATFORM® will start a pilot program in Q4 of this year, with an anticipated general launch date in 2027.

The integration will be delivered through Syncore Connect, Facilisgroup’s integration solution that connects distributors’ technology, teams, and data to Syncore. It will be designed to fit common distributor workflows so they can focus on the business without having to manually rekey orders between their print-on-demand system and order management system.

The FAST PLATFORM® is owned by S&S and is part of its S&S Business Solutions, a growing suite of technology solutions designed to help customers operate more efficiently and scale their businesses.
