At the 2026 Facilisgroup Summit in Chicago, emPOWER brought women from across the Facilisgroup Community together for a powerful conversation with bestselling author and career expert Fran Hauser. The session explored what it means to lead boldly, define success on your own terms, and build a career that works for you — leaving the room feeling energized, more connected, and ready to tackle challenges with new confidence.
Happy Hour in Vegas
During the 2026 PPAI Expo, women from across the Facilisgroup Community gathered in Las Vegas for an evening of connection, conversation, and celebration. The emPOWER Women’s Happy Hour gave women an opportunity to step away from the busy show floor – a chance to expand their networks and meet with other women who understand the joys and challenges unique to life in the promotional products industry. With great conversation and plenty of laughter, the evening was a reminder of the power of simply bringing women together.

Unmask Your Potential in New Orleans
At the 2025 Facilisgroup Summit in New Orleans, emPOWER welcomed Tracey Lovejoy for Unmask Your Power: The Cost of Hiding & the Choice to Rise. The inspiring session challenged women to recognize where they may be holding themselves back, embrace their true strengths, and step more fully into their power. It was a great chance to reflect, connect, and leave inspired to rise with greater confidence.
Taking Flight in Atlanta
emPOWER kicked off 2024 with Taking Flight at the Facilisgroup Supplier Showcase in Atlanta, bringing more than 200 women together for an empowering conversation about taking control of their paths and embracing the power of saying “no.” The event opened the door to honest conversations and encouraged women to make better choices that lead to real growth in their careers and in life.
Virtual Coffee
emPOWER brings women together virtually for a cup of coffee and open conversation. Through intimate small-group discussions, women from across the Facilisgroup Community have the opportunity to share stories, exchange perspectives, celebrate wins, and navigate challenges together.
