Folio Finds: Five Showcase Activations That Made the 2026 Facilisgroup Summit Iconic

The Supplier Showcase was one of the many highlights of this year’s Facilisgroup Summit. This year’s 74,000-square-foot tradeshow was designed with more conversations in mind and more room for our Preferred Suppliers to showcase what’s to come in 2026. One way our Preferred Suppliers stood out from one another was the activations held at their booths. These activations created a special connection to the items our attendees were walking away with. From t-shirt pressings to blind boxes, here are the booth activations that had everyone talking in our latest installment of Folio Finds.

HPG – Blind Boxes, Charms, and Pens

Stopping by HPG booths guarantees getting a personalized item or three! For this year’s Summit, the supplier is keeping on trend with activations everyone will enjoy. First, attendees got to take a piece of Chicago home with enamel pin blind boxes. Simply grab a box, peruse the designs on the back, and let it rip! Next, attendees headed over to the bag charm bar. Here, folks got to customize their own bag charm, filling it with little charms perfectly on theme with the event. Finally, for the stationery fans out there, HPG’s pen bar allowed attendees to create their own pen pack. Each pen was branded with Chicago-related sayings.

Maple Ridge Farms – Charcuterie Buffet

Charcuterie boards have been the trending food item of the 2020s, with the gorgeous aesthetic, mouth-watering treats, and endless creative possibilities. Maple Ridge Farms curated a charcuterie buffet right at the heart of the Summit. The spread consisted of a variety of meats, cheeses, and sweets to satisfy whatever craving the crowd had. Attendees could choose from a tiny wooden cutting board or a coaster to set up their own spread. A much-needed snack to keep up with the showcase.

Gemline – Stamps and Tote Bags

Gemline’s booth allowed creativity to flourish with not one, but two activations. First, attendees had the opportunity to personalize their Moleskine notebooks with stamps. Attendees could add their initials, flowers, and other custom shapes to make a one-of-a-kind notebook! And keeping with the creativity, at the other end of their booth, Gemline offered a tote bag activation, allowing attendees to color their tote bags with colors that spoke to them. Pieces of promo they’ll remember well after the event.

SanMar – T-Shirt Pressings

Custom apparel has become a popular activation at live events, whether designing custom baseball caps, socks, or even a custom t-shirt. During the Summit, SanMar was printing Stanley/Stella t-shirts left and right with their logo pressed anywhere on the shirt. Even though everyone walked away with a similar shirt, the placement makes the piece feel personal to the user.

Peerless – Peerless Park

As a break away from the hustle and bustle of the floor, attendees had the chance to blow some steam at Peerless Park. There, folks got the chance to play some corn hole and other games! A fun way to connect with one another.
