Facilisgroup Appoints Terri Harland as Director of Professional Development for Amplifi 

St. Louis, MO – August 20, 2024 — Facilisgroup, a leading software-as-a-service company and partnering community within the promotional products industry, is pleased to announce Terri Harland as the new Director of Professional Development, specifically leading Facilisgroup’s educational arm, Amplifi. An industry veteran, Terri brings with her a wealth of experience, having served as the New Business Development Manager at Facilisgroup for the past two and a half years.

In her new role, Harland will leverage her extensive sales experience and knowledge of Syncore, Facilisgroup’s all-in-one cloud-based software solution, to support and expand Facilisgroup’s comprehensive onboarding and sales training program, Amplifi. Harland joins Amplifi’s seasoned Professional Development Manager, Claire Lavoy, who remarked, “I’m thrilled to have Terri on the team; she brings a wealth of experience, and I’m excited to see Amplifi continue to grow with her support.” 

Launched in 2021, Amplifi offers four training programs—ThreeSixty, PromoIntro, PromoLaunch, and Electrifi. These programs blend industry knowledge with practical Syncore-specific training, helping both seasoned professionals and newcomers excel in the promotional products industry.
