Facilisgroup Unites With Industry Leaders to Make a Difference for Ukraine
SAINT LOUIS, MISSOURI, April 12, 2022—Facilisgroup, Cap America, alphabroder, and Next Level band together to help Ukraine through the sale of t-shirts and caps through April 14.
The initiative for Ukraine began when Facilisgroup President Ashley McCune heard about the difficulties faced by one of her employees, who has family and friends near the capital city of Kyiv.
“Like so many others, I have been devastated watching this crisis unfold but didn’t know at first exactly how we as a community could help,” says McCune. “Facilisgroup, like the other companies we’ve partnered with, share that feeling of responsibility to do what we can. This is why we started Facilis Cares, to come together in moments like this.”
Facilis Cares is the promotional product SaaS company’s program dedicated to charitable giving, whether through donations or acts of service. Facilisgroup’s Ukraine PopUp is the latest of these efforts, and anyone can visit the site to donate or buy a short-sleeved shirt, long-sleeved shirt, or cap.
Facilisgroup organized the initiative and launched the pop-up sites for orders through their eCommerce platform, Commercio. Suppliers Cap America and alphabroder donated the goods, and Next Level donated its time and resources to decorate the products.
“We couldn’t be more appreciative to partner with Facilisgroup and the other organizations on this humanitarian effort,” said Tom Spoltman, Director of Strategic Sales with alphabroder. “We know in times like these, we must come together to do what we can from afar. Every little bit counts.”
All funds raised go to World Central Kitchen, which works to feed Ukrainians in need, and the National Bank of Ukraine, which is organizing assistance for various relief efforts for citizens.
The PopUp will close on Thursday April 14, 2022, at 11:59 p.m. PST, after which orders will be processed and shipped.
McCune says, “we still have a goal to meet, and I know the generosity and passion that is overflowing in our industry. I urge anyone and everyone to come together and donate even just $10 for the people of Ukraine.”
