For an easy experience when setting up your Proposal design, you can choose colors, fonts, spacing, and layouts from intuitive dropdown menus to match your brand styles. For those who want to customize the design even further, CSS editing is also available.
After you’ve sent the branded Proposal to your clients, they can leave comments and select colors, sizes, and quantities directly within the Proposal. When they’re ready to move forward, those selections carry into the Quote and then the Sales Order – no back and forth on the details, and no re-entry required.

And this is one of those moments where the details matter. So whether approved as-is or with changes requested, Approval responses are automatically tracked in the Job Log – where order communications are centralized for all teams.

Sync Client Emails & Data with the Outlook Integration
Toggling between your inbox and your order management system to reference orders and important client notes is so time-consuming.
The Outlook Email integration shows contact data, scheduled Follow-Ups, and notes from the Communication Log directly in your Outlook window. Sales and service teams get the full picture and respond faster – without switching tabs.
Every email is automatically logged to the client’s record in Syncore – no manual entry, no missing context. And in the case of an incoming email addressed from someone Syncore doesn’t recognize, there’s a prompt to create a new prospect on the spot – so no opportunities slip through the cracks.
