How Bryana Bible of Jeckil Promotions Gained Her Confidence with ThreeSixty
As members of the Facilisgroup Community, our Distributor Partners have the opportunity to enroll in our Amplifi courses, which provide tips and training on how to become a successful rep in the promotional products industry. One of those courses is ThreeSixty, a comprehensive onboarding and sales development program for established sales reps ready to sharpen their skills, grow their book of business, and take their performance to the next level. They spend five months honing in on their sales strategy with help from our Director of Professional Development and Professional Best Friend, Terri Harland.
In our latest installment of Amplifi Highlights, we caught up with Bryana Bible, a sales rep at Jeckil Promotions, who recently went through the ThreeSixty to further enhance her sales strategy. Bible has been in the industry since 2019, joined Jeckil in November 2023, and became a first-time Achiever in 2025. Learn how ThreeSixty boosted Bible’s confidence and helped her refocus her energy on what mattered most.
The Folio: How did you find your way to Amplifi? What made you want to take the ThreeSixty course?
Bryana Bible: It was actually Joel Libowsky, the owner of Jeckil Promotions. Before I left my old company, I was at $800,000 in sales by October, so I would have hit Achiever status that first year. He reached out and said, “Hey, do you want to do this? I think it would really help you. You would benefit from everything you’re going to learn.” I was totally on board. I’m always up for learning and seeing what other people are doing.
The Folio: What’s your single biggest win you’ve had in the past year that you can connect to ThreeSixty or Amplifi as a whole?
Bryana Bible: My biggest win? Learning different ways to prospect and getting out of my comfort zone, including reaching out on LinkedIn more. I learned how to quit wasting my time on smaller companies. Just little stuff like that has really allowed me to focus on the larger companies, where I’ll get larger orders from, and just let the piddly small stuff go. So that’s probably been my biggest win.
The Folio: Was there a moment for you when everything clicked, when all the teaching and training finally made sense?
Bryana Bible: Yeah, I think it was the worksheet we had to fill out where you list your top accounts and some of your bottom accounts, which allowed me to dive in and look at the time I was wasting on certain clients. And then that’s when it clicked, like, oh my gosh, I’m wasting so much time on these smaller clients when I could be giving that attention to growing these accounts.
The Folio: Is there an area where you feel more confident in your daily or weekly tasks?
Bryana Bible: Before ThreeSixty, my prospecting was all about reaching out to clients, calling their work phone, sending a quick email. Now, I’m on ZoomInfo all day, every day, researching companies, looking at different people within the companies. I’m reaching out to them on LinkedIn, sending them messages, and seeing that they read them. Then I’ll follow up again with a regular email and again on LinkedIn. I never did that before because I was scared. I was scared to step out of my comfort zone. I was scared I was coming off too strong. But that’s what people prefer, because then they get to see that I’m a real person, calling their cell phone. I was able to step outside my comfort zone because of ThreeSixty.
The Folio: Before ThreeSixty, was there something that you wish you had known sooner that is critical to your sales day-to-day and your sales growth?
Bryana Bible: Yes! Being active on social media, because that’s just the world that we’re in.
It’s as simple as being more active on LinkedIn, liking and commenting on more posts. It was something that I never did, and hearing all the stories in ThreeSixty and the modules and everything, like, that’s just where we’re at. And that’s what I need to be doing. And I’m getting more connections and people reaching out more just from being active on social media.
The Folio: And final question, finish this phrase: “Because of Amplifi, I realized _____”
Bryana Bible: Because of Amplifi, I realized anything’s possible. If things slow down, don’t take your foot off the pedal. Just keep going. Trust the process and what Terri has taught us, and it all works out.
